We have 32 injection moulding machines with closing force from 30 to 1300 tons (list of machines), of which two double-shot injectors with closing force of 500T. Our injectors have been manufactured by top manufacturers  - Krauss Maffei, Engel and Battenfeld. 
We can produce parts in a range from several grams up to 6 kg.

Machines are equipped with manipulators. Moulds are inserted and removed with a crane  of the load capacity up to 16T).

We process a wide range of thermoplastics, including PP, ABS, PA, POM, PE, PS, SAN, TPE.

We work in  three-shift system. The status of all devices is monitored by the technical service, while our manufacturing process is under a 24-hour supervision of maintenance engineers and quality control.
